“Artists can see beauty in anything and I enjoy exploring this through the play of contrasting elements. I am inspired by my God’s creation, by the challenge to capture the beauty in the ordinary, and by the talented artists around me.”

Lindy is a native Oklahoman but she grew up a city girl.  So when she, along with her husband, sons, and dogs moved to the country, she suddenly found herself keeping chickens, gardening, and becoming enamored with a quieter and more deliberate way of life.  A perennial student, Lindy received formal art education at SWOSU and UCO has studied most recently at Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center.  She specializes in Commissioned pieces and has permanent works in several businesses in central Oklahoma.  You might have seen her work in several galleries as well such as 50 Penn place Art Gallery and Contemporary art gallery in oklahoma city's famed paseo arts district.
